Looks like it's from a Hirschmann antenna. ~$15 for a new complete antenna if you can't find someone with just that piece.

Those are the pics I took of those pieces for you.
I would be happy to let you have them, since I will be getting a complete new antenna. I just happened to have those pieces left over from one of my builds.
