I need a good (holds suction) vacuum advance/retard unit for a 1970-1972 1.7l. The number on the advance actuating arm is "831" and the distributor is Bosch #"0 231 172 007".

I am in San Jose, CA 95123

Carl. I have a complete distributor with a working vacuum cannister, from what I remember it has a new set of trigger points as well. Do you need these? Bill
