I need a horn ring -- cosmetically-challenged is OK. But the springs in the latching hub must be unbroken.

You need the whole ring or just the latch? I have both.

Thanks for the reply, VSG. I only need the little hub on the back, but I'll buy the entire thing if I have to. Just to avoid any confusion, here is a pic of the thing that I need.
