Are those steel inserts tight in their bores? I've always assumed that was a sign of wear, but apparently is how they came originally. Could you add some more pictures, even though it seems redundant?

Check the link to this part Stoddard is selling. It looks like it come with all four spacers. I have some it the buyer needs them and they are not in the kit.
