Front bumper is complete with top, tits and grills. $125 Chrome is nice, but a little wavy under one tit and some small dings. 916 is a dark metallic blue taken off a car, so yes it has mounting brackets and will probably bolt right on your car without a ton of work. Small repair on lower end of "valence" area is needed. There is a 2" mark where something was hit. A little glass and some filler should fix it, or just forget about it. $100. The tins need to be restored, but in decent shape $140. I really don't want to ship these things so let me know if your interested I can bring these parts.
