Hi Chris,

I have a few questions on the 915..
What year is it out of, looks to be aluminum, what's the gearing(stock or ?),
You state modified release fork, it looks to me that it was cut and flipped to use a 914 clutch style setup (push style), what clutch would this setup need to be fitted into a 914 using a 83 3.0 6 ? I have a 83 sc disc/plate/bearing .

Thanks,

Luke

I'm not sure of the year. It is an aluminum case with a speedo sensor cup on the side of the diff housing.
Stock gearing afaik.
It still uses the stock pull clutch TO bearing. The arm is extended with the end off a 914 clutch fork so it works like stock.

Case looks like a 915 from 76-83....one can zero in via the # on the bottom of the case

I agree, it looks like a 911SC trans to me. 84-86 would have a notch for the dme sensor. Should be 8:31 ring and pin.
