Local pick up . And or drop in Bay Area, south bay ..

Motor turns over well , the oil is clean and level was right . Is right . I have no history on this motor . No alt ,comes with brain.

Where are you located? Davenport iowa? South bay? San francisco?
Stating year of motor and pictures showing degree of completeness would help.
