914World.com _ FS/WTB: 914 Parts _ FS parting out 75 914

Posted by: Tonyorlo Nov 2 2013, 12:17 PM

I bought this car for the engine , brakes, and the seats. I'm going to do the type 4 swap in my Ghia, so I will be able to sell some thing I won't need off of the engine. It has a side shift transmission. Both complete headlight assemblies are in the car, gas tank, wiper motor and arms, side and rear glass, and a lot of other parts. The body is completely shot, maybe some areas can be cut out for patch panels.

I do not plan to have the car for very long. I'm going to pull as much as I can off of it before I scrap it, but if you want something specific let me know so I can get it off of there before it goes. Pm me and I'll get back to you as quick as I can.

Hi,

I'm after roughly this section posted to Melbourne, Australia. I can see that it's dented, but that's ok, so long as it's not rusted it'll be in much better shape than mine. I've also sent you a PM.

Andrew

I'd like that interior light on the backpad if it isn't cracked.

PM me with details when you get a chance.

Rob

Posted by: Tonyorlo Dec 13 2013, 10:00 PM

Rob, sorry but it was cracked. Your probably the 20th person to ask about it. I'm assuming it's a common peice to break?

Posted by: rhodyguy Dec 14 2013, 08:04 AM

correct interior lights that are unbroken are one of the hardest items to source.

Posted by: Tonyorlo Dec 14 2013, 07:43 PM

I was looking into making molds for tail lights, making new/custom ones for my ghia. It's really not that hard to make a lens. If I were to make them, they would sell?
