I have 2, one has glass cracked and small dent on outer edge, and other with good glass has two small dents in middle ish area.

I just polished them up a bit. see last pic of the two.

notice the differences in the neck of the two. the one with the more curved neck has a PN# stamped on the non mirror side.

$75 each shipped
