914World.com _ FS/WTB: 914 Parts _ WTB: 5-lug 914 hubs

Posted by: BuddyV Apr 16 2014, 08:04 PM

I am starting to gather parts for a 5-lug conversion to the 914.

Looking for rear hubs modified with 5-lug.

Looking for a set.

I understand certain stock hubs were thicker and ideal for the conversion??

Shipped price to California 95401... or local pick up.

Thank you.

Dan - thanks for the info. I have seen that deal.... it's nice and close to where I live.

I have part of my kit already, so that deal was tough for me to buy...... but I was considering ..... idea.gif

might be the best way to go.

.... and in about 10 years, the 911 guys will have most of our 914s anyway .... if prices keep rising as they have been lately. I preferred when no one had much respect for our little mid-engined beauties.

Parts were close to free and you could pick up another decent, complete and running car for $2500 after you sold your previous car and then regretted the sale 6 months later.

Oh, memories.
