I thought a "targa pad" was the top pad for the targa bar. Those look like the top front pads for the removable top.....?

I think that dashes are all the same, the knee pads are different. I believe that it came from late car (75), but may be somebody can ID the dash from pictures.

They are different--the opening for the glove box is slightly different from early to late...being from a 75, it would obviously be a late dash...
