This is a 74 I have the straps and everything you need to install it. PM me if your interested and I'll send you a better picture of it. I'm n,or sure if it works on your 1970. I don't know if the 1970 tank had an expansion

All metal expansion tanks are the same.
70 had one.

I got one off of my 70
It's powder coated but it's coming off in one spot around the seam. Sand it down with some 320grit and paint it take 20.00 plus shipping and it's yours
