Best bet is to put a WTB in the 914 parts section. I don't think the part you're thinking of ever came available separately.

Someone local to you might have a spare mirror for sale.

The mirror pads in transit will be here Thursday evening (we're next to last on the route!). Great UPS guy though, loves 914's.
