Did you ever start it . Can you give a bit more history of it. Any compression numbers?

I have never seen it run, I tried rotating the engine without the flywheel and I cant seem to rotate. Was part of a deal I purchased 3 years ago. I have no other history, could be good for parts or rebuild. you can call if need be: 301.213.5101
