Okay this pair of seats are complete & in good shape. No tears that I could find. Been sitting in my shop for a good 3 years. These seats won't be for everyone. Still if your sick of getting in your car when it's been sitting in the sun. These seats will be much cooler than your black ones They are a little different so $100 o.b.o plus shipping
