if you fight your rear brakes, esp the the parking brakes, this adds to the problem. the piece with 2 hooks should pivot freely. if the hook piece is rust welded, its easier to just replace it. cable, hook piece(pivots freely), and retaining clip included. $45 delivered via USPS.
