Probably still available new at your local Porsche parts counter.

If you only want new , order on line. For used, I believe Bruce Stone. ..bdstone will have some used ones.

Has anyone found new Porsche relays that are not made in China?

I have good used round German relays. I would get a new Ho/Low beam relay. Have had several used ones with issues.
