914World.com _ FS/WTB: 914 Parts _ FS Side shift Conversion parts - Near complete

Posted by: bdstone914 May 1 2016, 07:55 AM

External parts only - You still need the SS trans or the internal parts to convert your side shift.

These are almost all of the parts less the transmission needed to make a side shift conversion. I do not currently have the drivers side warm air guides. This is the plate that goes from the case to the heat exchangers. The side shift guide has the hump going up not down like the tail shift guide. I am told that AA has reproductions. I do not recommend or buying any part from AA. One member suggested reversing the hump using a blunt air chisel and round pipe. Could also be done by cutting, flipping and welding the tail shift guide

Excellent example of "one stop shopping " vs piece meal parts one at a time.
Good luck with your sale. icon_bump.gif

Do you sterilize your parts also biggrin.gif

No but I could wipe them down with sanitizing hand gel if it would help the sale.
