Larmo sent me a PM @ 5:19 so he expressed interest to buy them first.

The return tubes are two different sized ends (32mm & 28mm). I purchased them from the type 4 store before Jake sold it.

i will take the fan if from a 1.8 ? Can you confirm 1.8? I can paypal plus shipping to 92651 thanks beerchug.gif

Posted by: forrestkhaag Jul 3 2016, 07:05 PM

Interested. Me too... . Enough to clearly offer to buy it... I will buy the fan if from a 1.8 at stated price + shipping to west coast per my earlier post.. Thanks to all.

Sidebar: I am interested in all of these and all other wonderful 914 trinkets and shiny objects - but we need to not confuse interest with intent to close. It confuses the seller as to who's on first....

'Interested', meaning: waiting to hear if an item (or items) were still available or already spoken for (since some people PM and don't post in the thread) slap.gif

The fan is from an early 1.7L (take note of the tapered nose), but it will fit any T4 motor

Please tell me about the hand throttle kit.
Who made it, etc.
Thx

Posted by: Harpo Jul 9 2016, 02:52 PM

Chris @ tangerine racing made it as an alternative to the more expensive GT kit. The hand throttle has a rod attached to it that pushed on a plate that you have bolted to your accelerator arm on your pedal box. In a nut shell the handle does the same thing your foot does.

This kit will have the handle on the side of the shifter tunnel where as the other kit is on the top of the tunnel

Hope this helps

David
