I have a source for these now if some one wants to go this route. I am going to use a set in my Hella Vision Plus for the French look. $36 a pair shipped. PM me if you want some. Will take about 7-10 days to get them.

How do these differ from the easily available H4 yellow bulbs on the market? Are these like an OEM version only sold in Europe?

Yes, the bulbs are OEM European version made in Germany. Everything else is from China. Are they that much better, I do not know? Not really trying to sell them, just saying I have a source if you want them.
