Larmo and I met years back when I sold him a 914 gas cap on ebay for in no reserve auction that closed at a buck. In the fine print, I had a ten dollar handling charge if the item was won and picked up..... the cap cost him 11 bucks!!

He felt but he bent over and paid it. To this day it is point of snide humour for us both...
