Looking for a reasonably priced, functioning deceleration valve for D-Jet. I think they're all the same for D-Jet.

Gracias.

I am disassembling a 2.0 engine right now that broke a valve and locked, so I assume the decal valve was working. Let me take a look for it.

Found it

I'm pretty sure that's a fuel pressure regulator. The decal valve has three ports.

Do you still have that?

Thanks!

I'm in to snag a second one once Rob gets his.

I just re-checked my pile of parts and I don't see a decal valve. Sorry guys.

Yes I should. Will have a chance some time this week to find them. Anyone know how to test them? I know I could look it up but that takes effort.

Yeah, you know I think I managed to get mine working, although I'd still be interested in purchasing one. I could also let Greg get one first if he is sure he needs one.

I tested it as follows: with vacuum pump attached to the control port (the smallest diameter outlet), pull a vacuum up to 25 psi. While you're pulling that vacuum, blow on the side port. At some point above 17 or 18 psi (depending on adjustment) you should be able to blow air through that side port and out the other end port. Below that you won't be able to force air through it.

It tastes awesome after you've been soaking it with penetrating oil... blink.gif

Hah! I did just that last night...went to bed with the taste of PB Blaster in my mouth...

I found a decel in the bottom of my Box O Parts yesterday, and after adjusting it waaaay out it moves at 17 inHg. Going to install and see if it works but I'll keep this thread in mind if it doesn't work.
