914World.com _ FS/WTB: 914 Parts _ Free: 914 front end couch.

Posted by: Dr Evil Sep 16 2017, 06:43 PM

Life changes have me reevaluating my inventory of derelict projects. I got this couch for free from Nomore914 and have only made the cross beam since. It's been a few years. It only needs simple things to make it completely functional, stuff any mechanic can do. Come get it out of my barn. Make it part of your man cave or 914 shrine.

Inevitably, I would have farted in it, but it was not epic enough to register a memory.

Looks like Tim is inbound to get it today.

Needs to be finished off with some jack stands to hold the brace for the cushion. Makes it more authentic that way.

And Tim took it away smile.gif
I'm glad it will be going to another member.

I'm planning on giving it to my son as a birthday gift next month, He's going to be super excited! I just need to figure out how to wrap this thing! biggrin.gif

It was nice to finally meet you and your family

On big items, just sticking a big bow on it does the trick cool_shades.gif

Ya, see thread in sandbox. Moving to Grove City in the next few months. Close on house in less than a month.

How I handle a hard to wrap gift is that I take a picture of the object. I then choose a brick and wrap the brick with the picture attached to the brick.

Not a bad idea! I ended up wrapping a diaper around his face and guided him into the room. biggrin.gif
