They are 74's. Has the brackets for the f tits and holes for the rear but I don't see the holes for the front tits or the brackets for the rears. But its always hard to see stuff in chrome so I may be mistaken.

So these are not considered early bumper ?

Or they are ? cause there certainly not big ugly bumpers

Maybe I'm wrong but they look like they've been modified from original but I'm not a bumper expert.

maybe of some help...
Logo, there are three kinds of bumpers... early '70-'72 no holes for tits
'73-74 holes for tits
'75-'76 BUB
these look to be '73-'74 but the front bumper holes look to be plugged and filled re-chromed ?? the rear still has the holes for tits. these will fit your car but DO have the extra holes in the rear bumper.

Rear appears to be a 1974-only bumper, with holes

Front appears to be a 1973-1974 bumper, with patches and filled holes—curious way to do that and I'd be interested to hear someone's take on the method who has filled these holes in the past or knows folks who have, like McMark.

Sent a PM, as I am interested as well!

I can see waves, so I would venture the front was bumped, so it was straightened, the holes filled, then rechromed.

Can you provide some more pics of the way the holes were filled?

I cannot provide how the holes were filled. The bumpers fit my 73 fine and if anyone wants I do have more pictures of the front and rear.
