Do you mean the muffler hanger? If so, there are 3 styles so post your engine and trans specs or a good pic of the part. I have some in good shape that I’ll send for the cost of shipping if I have what you need. Mark

Post a picture of your heat exchangers if you're unsure of which version are on your car.

Mark, if you have more than one 2.0L hanger, I'm looking for one as well

I might not have read the entire post or it might have been edited but I know I don’t have any 2.0 hangers. Sorry.
I did make a template of the england -sp? aftermarket 2.0 hanger in case Ben wants to reproduce them.

mark bland made these of thin steel with a small reinforcement plate welded perpendicular to the holes but they fail at the ends where the muffler and heat exchangers are bolted. I think alum would need to be 1/2” to make it work - just guessing. I’ll send to Ben and he can crank a bunch out for whoever wants one.

If 1/8" is too thin 1/2" is too thick.
I hope to make an aluminum one for the GT project once I get over the big
to-do list.

Pelican carrys the repro made by AA.
The origin is flimsy and the ends suffer from damage. The 2.0L bracket is thinner than the 1.7L - 1.8L bracket.
Rich's bracket has a stiffening rod.
Stainless would be nice but might cost too much.

I think the slots on the tips are too big for the 8m studs. The 1.7 - 1.8 uses holes not slots. They hold up better.

@http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=9892 @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=1319 I was just testing here but could do a stainless one reinforced pretty inexpensively.. This was just a test on a plasma table.

Just a thought ... would a total redesign of the 'tips' or ends - to add some strength - something that could be looked into?

Have you come up with a price point on these yet, Ben?
Chi-town's hanger was for a 'late' set up.

Mark,
I need to get them quoted in stainless .. Was thinking they will likely be 65-75 in stainless..
