I have three restored relay boards. One has the threaded insert for the relay cover post. The other two do not have the insert and use the late reboard cover without the hole.
Boards were stripped of the old tar on the bottom, cleaned, tested and resealed.

What did you use for new potting material, Bruce?

I recently picked up a couple cans of Liquid Flex Seal (they just happened to be 50% off regular price at a local CVS pharmacy

Flex seal is what I use.
