I have three sets of aluminum rockers panels for sale. I developed these myself and made a couple extra sets. If you were at Okteenerfest in 2019 you had the opportunity to see these in person. These are under half the weight of an OEM steel set. Comes with mounting hardware. Price is $200 plus shipping. I can also make more sets if there is enough interest.

That’s a great idea and a very fair price.
Nice to see this kind of thing being developed! Added lightness, plus numerous options for finishing aluminum - polished rockers for instance!

Any chance you have an extra set of mounting hardware available for purchase? Easier than running around trying to find the correct bits, plus it is already plated

That's a terrific product for our little cars as most of the original rocker covers are badly damaged, rusted, repaired, etc.

You can't zinc plate aluminum. It would have to be anodizing.. Just an fyi

I wanted to add this:
I recently bought a used set of fiberglass rocker pannels. After perhaps 30 hours of rebuilding their top attach mechanism (too fat, too thin, not wide enough, etc.....) i have them mounted.
This offering within this thread is the way to go!!!!

It's about half what a stock set weighs. I want to say a stock set was around 12lbs and these came to approximately 6 lbs as a set.

I actually have them made out of steel so I would just laser cut aluminum for the end user to weld on.

Weight savings is about 6 pounds. They are about half the weight of a factory steel set. Post #2 shows a set mounted. These are very close to factory. Most will not be able to tell a difference once mounted.

Have you thought of making some out of 304 Stainless? I saw some on a black car and they looked great. I would be interested in them as polished aluminum would be hard to maintain.

I have a set here & was planning on powder coating them, but found I needed to "work" on them a bit as they have some pretty good blems that are from the press brake that would otherwise show in the powder.
