I’m down to two grills to make GT lids. So, if you’ve got any collection dust, I’m interested in buying ‘em. Thanks

What are you paying for a grille, not counting shipping?

Posted by: PCA7GGR Nov 13 2021, 06:46 PM

Depends on condition and quantity email me pics and what you want for them shipped to NorCal. Thanks

Contact Jack Doverspike at (480) 968-6764. He owns Stuttgart Southwest a very reputable Porsche shop in the Phoenix. I heard he was downsizing his operation and had about a dozen 914s in various states of disassembly to get rid of. PM me if I can be of any help, I’m only about 5 miles away.

Thanks for the heads up - I'll give Jack a call.

Sergio
I have 5 ( confused24.gif ) that I am not using……shipping may hurt.
Help me with ideas and I’ll send them for just the cost of transporting if we can come up with a way to make it happen.
My turn to help you…….merry santa_smiley.gif santa_smiley.gif

Ever looked for the correct expanded flat diamond mesh to make the grilles? I remember seeing a source somewhere.

Jeff,

Yes I have. But……

I’ve been using stock grill for 25 yrs and, so fa, I’ve been able to source them from the community.

I’ve seen lids made w/ aftermarket grill material and, to me, they just don’t look right.

Down to a single grill but I’ve got plenty of frames.
