not sure what to call this....
mine must have vibrated loose and fell off somewhere between colorado and SLC for the Red Rocks event....

does anyone have a spare to sell?

its the cover plate that attaches to the S-bend on the rear attachment point
to connect the HE with the S-bend for the heater system...

thanks in advance
here is the picture of the one plate I have.. and the smaller one I need.

There is a difference in size left VS right. Left side is 3 1/8 inches between hole centers VS 2 7/8 on the right side. Make sure you get the correct one. I too have these available.

I might have one, Brandt. I'll look in a bit

Posted by: TheCabinetmaker Dec 3 2022, 10:17 AM

Found one. Removed this from a driver's side "s" pipe

Curt

Thank you so much

It’s hard to tell length in a photo
Would you also mind checking the length between the bolt holes?

The one I need goes on the rear of the S connector with 2 and 1/4 bolt spacing

Thank you against n Curt
I’m excited to put things back together and move to the next project on the list

Brandt, the holes are 3⅛ inches on center. It came off the the driver's side pipe from the fan shroud. I have a pair of repops. Neither are 2¼ inches

Posted by: brant Dec 3 2022, 12:33 PM

No problem Curt

Mine takes that size on the fan shroud end too
But the smaller size on the end that connectsn to the HE

I’m guessing it’s the small one that frequently vibrates loose and gets lost (like mine)

Where did you buy the repops?
Looks like I need to do that

The link in this thread is in Europe…. So I’ll see if there is a US option that doesn’t want more for shipping than the part costs

Gotcha. The other end is just a piece of bent sheet metal. It's not like the shroud end. I'm not home till later. I'm sure to have one.

I thought about making one because it’s simple
But I’m lazy

No rush
But if you do have an extra I’m a customer!

TIA
Brant
