As restoration continues we continue to find more, uh, stuff. Now its some old repairs that we need to make right.

I'm looking for the section near where the master cylinder mounts, and the back half of the rear drivers side fender. I don't think these are specific to year. Ideally near the Cincinnati-Dayton area but that's not likely.

Let me know what you've got, or who might have them.

This looks promising. Do you know exactly where the cut was made along the top? How far from the gasket channel edge?

Using a thin disk on my 4" angle grinder, I cut along the vertical edge to use the gasket channel. My donor fender was missing it .

The part is dirty in the picture but it is actually a good piece. I had a similar situation but elected to replace the whole fender. I am not a good welder and don't use TIG, so I wasn't pleased with the idea of having welds to deal with in bodywork.

Well, I got the fender piece pretty much of that size. It had the gasket channel and the inner fender part spot welded to it, including the tailight area. So I probably had about 20 spot welds to drill in the gasket area, then the ones in the taillight area. The most difficult area is the tailing obviously. I also used a thin grinding disk on a Dremel. One drill bit was needed, but since then I have been using one of those end mill type 5/16" spot weld drill bit.

It takes a lot of time to do delicate work. I am not doing this for someone or for money, therefore I like to take my time and do it up to my satisfaction.
