Looking for a Mittelmotor or Triad mufflers for 1974 Porsche 914 2.0 with rear valant

Hi , I recently purchased a tri ad muffler. The smart seller asked what kind of (heat exchangers and size motor and what year car I had . So I am just passing along some info . Make sure they fit your 2.0 motor and year of car. Because there is a difference . Ya dont want to buy something that will not fit . Just trying to be help full . Have a nice day .

I have one very Similar if not the same. At start up, it’s loud - my neighbors GE RN hear it. I call it a noisy muffler as opposed to sounding Porsche- like.
You’re welcome to drop by to drive and listen. I’m in Huntington Beach
The Bursch mugger is better and SM sells a SS version now

I’ve been trying to get Stefano to bring his excellent example of a ‘74 2.0 to a Cars and Coffee, give him a little more encouragement.

Nothing better than a Bursch, the old school NOS one. All other mufflesr do not offer 4 into 2 into 1 and do not create the same HP as an OLD SCHOOL Bursch.

Good info: I still have my Bursh and may reinstall it after Re-ceramic coating it.
