Late steering wheel with foam padding (fake leather). The foam is tight on steering, no loose area and no rip but it is a little gray and could use some blackening.

I tried to picture the details of the condition.

Part number 914 347 809 00

Comes with canceling ring and horn.

Price ~~$150~~ $100+ shipping. Pick up welcomed in Claremont, CA. Can also meet in Pasadena on week days.
