Paul ('spunone') made a run of these really cool looking spun aluminum (or aluminium, if you're British) dash gauge trim rings up through early 2012 - then quit making them altogether (NLA) 
I was fortunate the acquire the very last set Paul made 
I don't know how much they would have cost, because he wouldn't let me pay for them!, not even the postage!

Rear view: I believe double-sided tape was used to secure them over the stock trim rings.
