Hi Guys,

If you happen to have a factory tinted passenger side roll down window in excellent shape for the scissor mechanism windows, I am interested. Mine is scratched up and needs to be replaced. Let me know.

I may have a set. There are about a dozen windows amoung the parts at the house which has the parts from a closed Porsche shop has all the parts.
The tough part is finding perfect ones.
I have a bunch too but most have minor scratches.

I believe I have just a driver side factory tinted window. I'll check the condition at lunch for you and post back.

UPDATE:

The driver side window I pulled out of the LE was the only one with factory tint glass. All the windows on this car had a god-awful purple tint applied. This window still has the residue from that, which probably saved it from any major scratches. I can't find any real scratches on this thing. With that said, it needs to be buffed to remove the residue and 50+ years of water spots. Let me know if you're interested.

I just got in several tinted windows. I need to get them cleaned and inspected.

I assume you need the later type window. Let me know if you are still looking for a passenger side tinted door window for the '73 and later cars.
