I stripped this bumper with the intention of using it on my project, until I decided to buy an existing chrome set. The holes for the tits are welded closed with one of the holes needing a drop more of metal to completely close the hole. There is some wavyness where the tits used to bolt on. No rust.

One could easily touch up the one hole, run a little plastic in the area where the tits where and have a nice painted bumper. I also included a picture of the bumper before I recently re-stripped it when I though I was going to chrome it...I had sanded off the thin layer of plastic I had applied originally.

$25 as it sits plus shipping...I don't want to take the time to fix it again unless I have to. Get it cheap now, or much more if I repair it again and paint it.
