What condition are the seat belts in? My inertia reels are hanging up - I need to pull the seat belts out at a snail's pace to get them to release.

Non A/C car as far as I know. No loose seams or holes in vinyl. I assume it is stock, never looked at another?

NOt sure, will dig through the box to see if there is one, not sure if working thought.
