I got the interior light working.
The big relay under seat was removed.
And the black wire there was broken.

I am now working on the license plate and trunk light.
There are no fuses blown yet...
the wiring harness looks to be totally unmolested.
i am thinkin something is unplugged some where.
i have pulled the lights and they are pluugged in
no power...
where do i look?

The wire that powers the trunk light and license light originates at the headlight switch in the dash, goes across the tunnel, through the engine compartment and to the lights.

Have you verified zero voltage on the lamp pins? Got good grounds? Have you measured resistance from the lamp holder to ground?
