Otherwise nice looking car, but that is the ugliest Porsche crest I've ever seen:

Hey, its "As Factory Original As You Will Ever Find"!!!!!!
Posted by: ConeDodger Dec 22 2009, 01:21 AM
It kind of calls to mind the old '80's trick of sticking a sausage down your pants before going to the disco... What movie was that in???
Dude, we get it. It is a Porsche not a VW - OK!!!

Hahaha, over compensate much?

And the New factory upgrade Exhaust!

Someone should tell him that when it's all said and done, it's still just an ugly old VW ...
Posted by: bembry Dec 22 2009, 02:17 PM
I bet it has the big "PORSCHE" window decal at the top of the windshield too.
Posted by: tat2dphreak Dec 22 2009, 03:26 PM
if you ignore the ugly crest on the side, it IS a nice looking car. very nice, original-looking interior... and if it's rust free, worth every penny he's asking for.

What a tough crowd.
It's a sticker, they peel off.

like I said, it's a good looking car outside of a removable sticker
I don't like side stripes either, I'd take those off while I was at it

Maybe a heat gun would help remove the decal......looks like someone used a heat gun on that little fella......

Funny, I keep trying to talk Babydoll into putting Mobil Pegasus stickers on either side of her car in that exact location. She keeps saying no. I think the red Pegasii would look cool on a white car.

or gulf-blue
but no... seriously, don't, please

The way I see it, the paint only looks good from 25 feet/25 mph anyway, so why not?
Or maybe on the sail panels.

My friend Scott uses last year's Orioles schedule magnets for this. The magnets are about 4 x 4 inches so he gets some good use from them.
