Do the dash mounted vent controls go on the dash frame before or after the dash face w/basketweave goes on? Then obviously the little chrome bezel goes on but want to get it right before I peel and stick my dash face.

After the dash material goes on.
1) Install the basket weave
2) Install the chrome bezel on the controls
3) Install cables to control from front of dash
4) push entire unit into dash carfully so not to snag the basket weave
5) install 10mm bolt to front fire wall to hold it in
