Is it possible to get a 245 width tire on a 8" wheel?

Yes. Rim may not fit back on the car with that tire. Depends on flair or no flair and rim offset.

Where are you even finding that size? Race tire?

I used to have 245X60X15's and 215X60X15's with 15"X8" wheels all around on my car until I couldn't get a matched set of tires in both sizes anymore. I now have 16"X8" and 16"X9"'s

Rick,

Are you running the lips rolled on the rears and are your wheels factory Fuchs?

Thanks,

Bob

What about 205x55x15 on a 8x15 wheel for the front of a flared car? I can get another pair of Fuch 8's cheap and I was wondering if that combo would work for a front wheel? Thanks, mark

I have 245/45 ZR16 on my 911SC on 16X8" BBS 3 Piece Forged Wheel on the rear, they fit on the rim very nicely, no problems.
