He is in business, and has great products. But ask for a realistic estimate for shipping - sometime it takes a long while if the item is out of stock.

Yeah, I called and talked to James 3 weeks ago and he provided some help on something I bought from him almost 3 years ago!

his support is unreal! I don't even want to go into what I needed his help for, it's too embarrassing... but he totally supported my failure (note... MY FAILURE... not a failure of HIS product... I fucked up his product, and he still fixed it. MAD PROPS!
