Two bottom ones are engine tin plugs.
The top one is window rollers????

What ever they are,, I'm sure your car will be MUCH faster with these installed. You don't even have to paint the car yellow!

Ah damn, If they were Flux Capacitor wire grommets, I would have bought 20.
