I am unable to change my BD, changing from the 4'th to 27'th is not allowed it says I have not filled in all fields, thing is I did not change what was there just the pull down date. No meaningful error message or hints.. Any admin ideas ?

put something in the VIN box. It won't let you go on unless you do. NA works if you don't have it handy.
