Is it possible to ad a VIN that is not your one ?

Yes, I've done it many times. After you get "enough" VIN's under your name, you can ask an admin to remove them.

If you find a car/VIN that is not yours you can still add it to the database under your name.

Simply ask me if you want them to be taken off your member account. I can change them to "no owner" status ...
