When key is turned the fuel pump does not come on. When hotwired direct to FP it pumps but no start.

How are these two tied together. Relay board??
What are some quick checks with test light at relays to help me out.
I'm thinking the problem is common. Are the Power relay and the FP relay tied together at relay board??

Thoughts ideas etc are all welcome and thx in advance.

Need to test fuel pressure with a gauge. You may just be missing the 2 seconds or so the pump runs with the key on.

Check pin 13 (I think) on the relay board for voltage. You can remove the cap on the plug and access the pins while its plugged in. Its the pin on the far drivers side, on the row of pins towards the front of the car. Check the fuses on the relay board. Take them out and clean them and the fuse holders. Its controlled by the relay that is second from the rear on the relay board.
