For the oil line coming out the bottom of the tank (not the side):
Seems like there is not much room under the tank, can you remove and
replace the line with a crow's foot or something?

I've always removed the tank, then removed the line. Take care to note the angle of the line fitting so it will reinstall correctly and obviously tighten before reinstalling the tank.

I imagine that there is probably some sort of wrench that may fit, but none of mine do. Removing the tank also gives you an opportunity to really clean back in that area (Road debris does get kicked up there while driving).

Getting the tank out & back in is an exercise in frustation to boot.
