This buyer won my items and made requests for others, however, he never paid or responded to any e-mails. When he finally responded, he played games and acted in a very untrusitng fashion. I would be very careful doing any transactions with this individual. Ebay is investigating his history.

You can retract his winning bid and give it to the next lower guy or relist.
