Cool! They should post a build thread here for us to drool over. laugh.gif

Couple things I'm curious about:
1. There are a lot of holes behind the front bumper. Wonder what they're all for.
2. There are only two of the medium sized holes with the black rubber plugs.

Sweet, I sent Eric's link to the sons of both Peter Gregg & Bob Snodgrass, as well as the current & former Cheif mech from the Brumos Race team..

Hans had a build thread on RoadGlue. He was lamenting that it went away. If we get that back up we can point him to it and get it back up to speed.

I took some measurements off that car of course with Ed's permission and him standing under my shoulder. Ed hates it when people post pics without permission. He has some cool stuff in his shop. By the way did Eddy say it was ok to post pics of that car? I noticed the two 962's are not visible. Can just barely make out the white big block Bus with the Brembo's. You should see what's behind curtain #1 belonging to a special customer who gets top priority.

Drool

A little off topic and a little on topic.
I'm in the process of doing a steel flair GT build and love to see any of these cars in any state or condition, these are two real beauties.
Now for the off topic. " big block bus in background "
Way back in the mid eighties I worked at an independent shop ( in north Jersey ) that was frequented by many VOA and PCA employees.
Often they would come by with special Porsches and VWs some just off a plane from JFK in NY.
One of the most memorable ones was a plain white Vanagon with steel Porsche wheels and flat no crest caps. Full leather navy blue interior and multi speaker Bose sound system. Engine ? Yup, 3.2 Carrera with stick-on aluminum tape over the" Porsche" letters on the intake manifolds.
This was a factory done hot rod.
I think it was on its way to Fuller ? Porsche in Ca.
Could it be the same one on the left side of the picture ?
