NO affliation, I just happened to come across it looking for something else.
Scott
Unless he changed the entire front clip on that car, it is not a 75. It would have to be 74 or before going by the bumper mount holes. 75 and 76 had big round holes for the bumper shocks to protrude through to connect to the front and rear bumpers. I also want to know how he gets 170 HP out of a 2 liter without a big bore or stroking it. Which would mean its no longer a 2 liter. His price is a little steep also. He will have it for awhile.
Smells kinda funny <_<
Sounds like To me about the motor.
That car is listed in the 914Club classifieds as well.

Wow, 170 HP from a 2.0, nice lookin though...
I believe jake said a few years a back he got 180 out of a 1.8 built for full racing... I think it would go 5K miles (or ~ 1 season) between rebuilds... so I think the # is reasonable... just don't expect to go FAR in beween rebuilds... I think the car is nice, but the price is a little steep. I'd rather have 100hp that can go years without a rebuild... that's just me though
i hope they finnished putting it together and painted the engine bayfor $15k.
