For those that don't know why my name is Pee Green i is simply because my new 914 is green and came with a mouse problem. They pissed all over the interior and rust from the urine has cause a little work. Well, Getting close to getting all the damage out.

Great John,,,,,
pretty cealn and solid except for the mousepee,,, The Kid I had scrape out the tar got real good at it the warmer the day got.
I'm glad he did that part as this part is still nasty.
Hope you're feeling better Jeff
Wait mice actually peed in your car jon?? That is just weird. I thought the peegreen was just cuz your car is pee green...silly me lol. I once found an entire family of baby mice inside the seat of one of my dads old bikes. That's the strangest ive seen ;p
Be careful.
Haunta virus can be contracted by breathing in mouse droppings. It can ruin your life.
the 914 was flushed with clorox and pine-sol a year ago, its safe now .The person I bought it from told me he had cleaned it all up , well no the day before RRC years ago I found a dried up mouse on top of the 8 track player, Same guy that had the gas tank cleaned but didnt change fuel filter ? figured that out @rrc hotel.
, Then I saw the viper green 76 I have now and never looked back.
peegreen is a nice car except for the pee. I threw out all the interior also to avoid above nasty's

Looks awesome jon! Soon our cars will be rolling together!
Hopefully Matt . I finished with the etching primer last night. Now I need to do the bed liner and then the paint. Soooooo close
Progress, cool!
Keep working away at it. Summer is almost here and 914 drive time is close at hand.
Well, I am planning on driving this car to the WCR
Rubberized coating has been applied to the floor pans. Sorry for the blurry picture. Andy came up to take it for me
Attached image(s)
Looking good! Now do you lay paint right over that or is there another step for adhesion?
You can. This stuff is really cool and allows for almost whatever you want to do.
Floor is finally finished. Now I have to put the interior back together.
Attached image(s)
Jon,
Nice work! Exactly what brand of rubberized coating did you apply?
Thanks,
It's called Raptor liner from U-Pol. It was $100 for the kit which included the gun to shoot the stuff. It's very easy to apply.
What's with all those extra holes? Just you going crazy with your weight saving . The floor look great man
So I have very little to do to have the interior finished. Well, in the grand scheme of things. I wasn't sure what I was going to do for my steering wheel when my best friend handed me this:
Attached image(s)
...I was wondering where you were going with the new 914. What is your vision of this car Jon ?
SCCA GP 1.8l 1800 lb 914 .
Hoping to campagne it next year but need the 1.8l engine built. The car is getting very close to where it needs to be but I only have the 2.0l in there for now. The 2.0l will at least give me an idea of how the car is handling until we get the 1.8l built right.
Interior is very close now
Attached image(s)
This weekend I was able to finish up on the interior. I got the 5-point harness in and measured properly, Pedals inand cables attached, pedals board in. The interior if finished for now. I will bve taking out wires and relocating the battery to the interior in the future but not right now.

Jon,
That is looking great! Is there a renn-shift under that SC boot?
Tom
You are correct sir.
Nice work Mr.B
Looks clean! Surprised you didn't drive it to the BBQ yesterday.
Needs wheels before I can drive it Getting close but I should be getting a package today with some suspension stuff to add on there. So it may be a little longer before it hits the road
Well this could be interesting

Jon
What brand are your coilover callers?
Looks like a nice kit you found
Rebel Racing. I purchased everything from Jonathan at GPR. He's a good source for this stuff
I bought almost the same stuff with the exception of the rears. Let me know what you think of the Rebel front bushings. I just test fit mine and they are slightly larger than the A arm. Granted I bead blasted my arms and there isn't any paint on them. If I'm lucky the paint will snug them up a bit. Did GPR give you the bolts and special washers to go along with them?
On a side note Rebel is going to come out with a rear kit shortly. I'm waiting to see what they come up with before I go with the Elephant stuff.
Attached image(s)
Yeah, Jonathan gave me everything
I would like to wait until Rebel comes out with the rear as he does very nice work and is a great guy, from what I am told. I just went with Elephant because Chuck does make nice stuff. I know a metalic bushing isn't ideal but it is good for now.
Rears are actually something custom from a local member... once he drops them off
I haven't updated this in a while. Here is a picture I took today while I rolled it out of the garage. I'm waiting on a few things before I can take it out on the road but it is very close
Attached image(s)
I pulled two mice skeletons from out of the cross member of the rear. I have been told there where four or five others in the car as well. I guess it is really amazing that thecar has no rust issues in the main areas. This car could have been a gem for someone who cared to restore it. I like to autocross so it was screwed the second it went into my garage
Those wheels look Amazing
Yes they do
Hey Jon, what seat are you running? Contemplating options for my project. I was going to use a stock seat with modified bolsters but now I'm rethinking that direction.
Hey Mark, running the Sparco Evo2.
So, It has been a while since I have been on here. The last four months have been a little busy as I have been remodeling my back garage into a master bedroom so we can get the kids into their own rooms. What use to be a garage now looks like this
The 914 is finally back in the remaining garage and I will get to start back working on it when I return from my trip to San Francisco next week.
Hey Jeff, any chance you will be able to help me soon?

You turned a garage into a bedroom?!?!? Isn't that some kind of crime?!?
Yes, it should be, but I had to get my kids into separate rooms. Five year plan is to either build a shop in the back or rent out this house and buy one with the shop I need.
Answers a six month old question while he wanders in and acts like we're all supposed to know who he is.
Jon, you know it's part of the job to post pics of projects in progress so that we can *ahem* offer constructive advice, right?
Garage looks cozy by the way. Spilled oil will clean right off that floor I suppose?
Bedroom looks great, next week ? lmk when your home.
I should be home all next Friday and the weekend, including Monday, but during the week I'll be in San Fran.
If not next weekend soon Thanks Jeff
Hey Jon, you going to make it out to Bremerton this year? Car looks like its ready to go.
Yes I will but not in my car. Not sure what I am going to drive this year actually. Maybe I'll find out Saturday.
My car should be ready in a few months.
Found out what I'll be driving this year
The teener will be rolled out when it is ready. Not going to rush it.
Bought this M3 with the wifes blessing... prodding... so she can come out and autocross as well.
Peegreen will be on the road soon enough though...
Hey Jeff, any time the next few weeks? Finally have a little time free... sort of.

I've bought the PeeGreenMachine!!! (gonna have to find a better name, lol)
Thanks again to Jon, for being open minded to selling the car once he realized the M3 was going to be his go-to car for auto-xing. I am blessed to inherit a car that has so much work already done, and so many cool go-fast bits already included. I cant wait to get her finished, PNW teener folks should expect to see her on the road in the spring.
Big thanks also to Jeff- master fabricator, 914 transporter, car salesman, income tax expert, and one of the nicest and most knowledgable p-car folks I've met. I'm not just blowing smoke because there's a few more parts I need from him, I promise!
New pics and updates to come....
Chris
p.s. Jeff, Im sure those Enkeis look a lot better now, I wouldn't be able to tell from that photo though

Yay, my day is complete...A pic of the Whole 914....Looks Great ..
Looking at the 911 pic....how about color matched bumpers with the tops blk ???
Chris @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=13409 brought us his car to bring it back to life.
Sorry to say we found more rust and rodent damage after we began the fresh air blower delete. Looks like they camped out behind the dash.
Only one ugly spot. Under the right dash vent inside the trunk.
Had to stand on my head to patch that one. A few extra aches for a couple days.
Super In Law drilling holes for the bumper backdate.
Then onto adding the front nose section of the trunk seal channel. Plus a couple repairs.
Don't forget @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=3348 has the channel strips available. Call, not on website.
Then onto a complete fresh air blower delete. Mad Dog block off kit. Custom dash cover with defrosters covered. Defrosters on dash sheet metal covered. Custom fresh air block off below screen.
So excited to finally be making progress on this car! Very glad it’s in Cary and Ben’s capable hands... gonna be amazing!!
Saw the green car today while I was out at Cary's shop.
Ben was working some magic on it.
The car is looking very good.
Should do something with the hood pin hole that goes through the body piece for rubber gum drops..
